Intake

IT equipment is received and logged into our system. Each job is assigned a unique identifier for full traceability throughout the process.

Automated inventory

Each system is booted with Expunge Data software, which automatically discovers and catalogs all hardware components — make, model, serial numbers, and firmware versions.

Sanitization

All storage devices are wiped following NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 / IEEE 2883-2022 guidelines with full verification. Standard tier uses our Expunge Data engine; Certified tier uses ADISA-certified WipeOS.

Documentation

Sanitization reports are generated with tamper-evident QR codes. Documents are delivered via email and stored in your customer portal for seven years.
